  1. 2 Hour Private Use of the facility 

  2. All party packages require a deposit that is half of the party balance. The remainder of the party balance is due the day of the party, upon arrival. (All deposits are non-refundable, however your party can be rescheduled within a 60-day period.)

  3. Choose your music playlist ahead of time! Any custom playlist must be submitted via email to staff@gemcityskate.com 48-hours in advance.

  4. Snack Bar is fully open and staffed. (No outside food or drink other than cake/ice cream)

  5. You have the option of paying $100 to bring your own food and drink

  6. Private events cover 75 guest total, skating or not (ages 1 and up are counted)

  7. $10 each additional person after 75

Private Events are scheduled in time blocks, and you can structure your party as you wish! If you would like extra time to set up, we suggest inviting your guests 15-30 minutes after your time begins.

Any private event that is immediately followed or preceded by a public sessions, may attend the public session free of charge, as long as it’s not for an adult only skate. You must be 18 or older to enter the building during the adult only skate.
